ADUMAR is in a central position in Javea port, situated in a small attractive square with palm trees and benches, surrounded by shops and restaurants and approximately 200 metres from the pebble beach. Within strolling distance is the fish market and an extensive marina with its own popular restaurant (available to the public). | |  | The apartment is situated on the second floor, accessed by a lift or stairs, and comprises:

The apartment is ideal for winter for retired couples and small families, and equally would be very attractive for summer occupation for any individuals who do not require a swimming pool and would be happy to enjoy the various beaches in the Javea area*. The pebble beach in the Port extends along the coastline, with a variety of water sports (windsurfing, scuba diving, pedaloes for hire), to the sandy beach with its many restaurants and bars. There is a regular bus service along the coastline and up into the Old Town. The Port is thought by many to be the most attractive part of Javea.
